Our staff went to great effort to make sure our stay went smoothly - from an early check-in to a very clean and appropriately supplied room, to astute advice to prebook our departure bus to the airport and clear map details about the Prati bus location. Our location made touring Old Rome and the Vatican easy, whether walking or using urban transit.

I liked that it was close to a lot of restaurants and the vatican. I also liked that breakfast was included although on our last day, we had to go look for another place as the breakfast place wasn't open even though it was almost 7.30 and they are supposed to open at 7. The place is a little run down, but the property manager was very attentive. Happy that it had good AC, mini fridge and hot water kettle.

The property is a good location for the Vatican. Limited hours for reception creates problems. Peeling paint in bath, door cover handle that fell off and old, worn sheets on the bed left bad impression. This is not a B&B—paying additional 5 euros for breakfast is ridiculous. Hotel arranging private transportation to the airport worked very well.

Well located close to the MRT. Easy to get to station from the airport. Close to restaurants and the Vatican. Walking distance to lots of sights and shopping. Host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was vouchers to use at a local cafe. I would stay again. Thank you Max.
