A practical "mini apartment" of about 28sqm, where the whole concept of space has been planned by an architect to the smallest detail for optimal use. The idea was to create comfortable zones, reduced to the essentials by the customized interior design, creating a unique atmosphere.... Easy to reach entrance to the condominium, in the enclosed courtyard there are free parking spaces (on request). The building has an elevator Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible. On request, I can gladly order a reliable shuttle from the airport which costs less than a normal taxi. The proximity of the station of San Pietro is certainly very advantageous for connections to the airport and Termini station. Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome it's 3.50 EUR per guest per night, to be paid directly through Airbnb during the online booking process. parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. smoking allowed only on the balcony with the door nearly closed so that the smoke cannot enter the room. please be careful not to lock yourself out by closing completely the balcony door as it won't open from outside! A well equipped kitchenette with all basic ingredients such as coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, tea towels and kitchen roll is also available. The bathroom has bidet, toilet, sink and shower. I am available 24h / 7 days a week for all concerns and wishes of my guests. Un architecte a veillé aux multiples aménagements, rangements qui rendent l'appartement fonctionnel et très agréable. Täglich frische Brötchen, Früchte und Wasser. Kühlschrank war aufgefüllt. Das Appartment ist schön und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. (Wie auf den Fotos). I would absolutely recommend this team and place to everyone. The apartment is in a wonderful place only a 10 minute walk to the vatican and a short bike or scooter ride to most major tourist attractions.
