Good location and wonderful staff

We enjoyed our stay very much. Federica was a wonderful support before and during our stay. Also Maria whom we met after arrival. The only issue was that most of us did not have an en suite bathroom and had to go into the hall or living room. That was a bit misleading in the description as we interpreted “five bedroom four baths” as having en-suite facilities. Perhaps that should be more clearly explained.

Holiday In Rome

We were so pleased with the comfort of our apartment and the location. We had a multi generation vacation and we were not disappointed. We were able to cook when we wanted but also enjoy all the local restaurants. It was all I had hoped it to be.

Property & service were both fantastic! The people were warm, welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. The property itself was a lot bigger than expected, located in a great area for everything we wanted to do & plenty warm given we were there in winter. Would recommend!

Birthday trip

Perfect accommodation for a group of 6 ladies, we all had our own rooms! Great location for visiting all the top tourist attractions too! Rachelle and her team were very helpful suggesting and booking restaurants, booking transfers to and from the airport. We had a fantastic stay

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the communication was with the host. They helped secure transfers and gave excellent recommendations. the apartment was located in an excellent area walkable to sites. It was hot in Rome so the air conditioning was especially nice. If I ever visit Rome again I would love to stay here again

Great location, home and responsive owner.

The place is perfect for a big group. Lots of space and location is perfect for walking to many sights. Pamela was wonderful to work with. Easy to access her for any questions that came up and she was very responsive. We would stay there again.

Perfect location to see the sights

We loved the location and accommodations. It was perfect for our group of 7. Having our transfers arranged for us from the train station to the apartment and to the airport made it seamless. Also arranging our personal guide for the Colosseum and surrounding area was invaluable. Fabiana (Fabi) was the perfect guide with so much knowledge. We had no idea that our hosts at VRBO could do all this for us originally and we’re very thankful for it all and the great knowledge and communication Would definitely stay there again next time.

Spacious and well located

We recently stayed in this Suite and there were 6 of us needing 5 bedrooms. The space was very nice allowing all of us some privacy. It also had great space for gathering as well. And we could easily walk everywhere to all of the sites from our location. I would definitely stay here again.

60th Birthday Trip

Our group of 6 ladies stayed for 4 nights. What a Jem!! Great location to many of Rome's beautiful sights. Great food just steps outside the door. It was so great to each have our own bedroom and 5 bathrooms was great to get us out the door in the morning. Host were excellent to assist in any way !

FANTASTIC Apartment, OUTSTANDING Service and Communication!

I wish I could give the Imperial Suite Apartment and the Host's service, communication, and our overall experience 100 Stars! The Host provided outstanding communication and service both pre-check in and during our stay. Their staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For our stay they arranged airport and train station transfers, guides and tours, and made excellent recommendations. The apartment was even better than described! It was extremely spacious and clean, and the location was fantastic. It is within walking distance of all the major sites and is very convenient to many excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The check in process went very smoothly with Mary. The apartment was perfect for our family of 8. There were still 2 extra bed rooms. The kids loved the lofts. Also the 5 bathrooms were a pleasant amenity. The restaurants right outside the main door were so convenient and delicious after a long site seeing day. With good walking shoes you can see all the main attractions. Cabs were also available. Thank you Mary and staff of Your Suite Rome for our treasured family memories.

What an Apartment and Exceptional Service!

The Imperial Suite was amazing on all fronts. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and as described, with room for everyone and more! The location was walking distance to all the major sites and there are great restaurants right downstairs and in the neighborhood. The service and communication with the host was exceptional and made our stay that much better. They arranged airport and train transfers for us, found us the best guide for the Colosseum, and promptly returned via int'l shipping the laptop my daughter left behind! No doubt we'll stay here again.

Fantastic All Round

I would have given 5 stars just for the excellent service rendered by the ladies at YourSuiteRome alone. Federica was amazing...she assisted with the booking of private transfers for my group of 10, provided detailed information to help us get oriented and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch too. Communication with Federica and her two colleagues, Valentina and Iara, prior to and during our stay was always prompt, friendly and professional. We are very grateful for the help, advice and moral support we received from the team when two members in our group lost their luggage en route to Rome. The ladies handled all communications with the airline so that our sightseeing schedule would not be disrupted. As for the apartment...it was spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. In fact, it was bigger than the 5 bedrooms as listed. There were 7 bedrooms, of which 2 were lofts with a double bed each, which means that it can comfortably sleep 14 people. There were a total of 4 bathrooms, of which 2 were ensuite. The heaters worked well, and we had nice, uninterrupted hot showers throughout our five day stay. We were provided with ample bath and hand towels, shampoo, soap, lotion, handwash etc. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment was perfectly located; steps away from Campo de Fiori and within walking distance to Piazza Navona. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and we particularly enjoyed the pizzas in the restaurant at the foot of the apartment building. Bus numbers 64 and 40 stop in front of the apartment, and take you to all the major sights in Rome. PAM local and Carrefour Express are 3 minutes away. If you're a big group looking for accommodation in central Rome, book this wonderful apartment. You won't regret it.

Perfect Family Getaway in Rome

Fabulous location with plenty of bedrooms for a large group. We spent 3 nights for my a family reunion with 10 guests between the age of 9 and 80. It's in a perfect location - close to Piazza Navona, Campo Di Fiore, and so many sights and cobblestone streets. Everything was clean and as advertised. The host was very helpful with recommendations and helping us book vans to travel in and out of the city.

Excellent location for large family or group of friends

Property wasn’t a great And safe location , Close to all attractions. The apartment had plenty of space for our group of eight adults and well equipped and a great restaurant below us. Make communication with our host and she met us at the Villa after arranging transportation for us from the airport. It couldn’t have gone better. Highly recommend!
