Walking distance to everything, but on a quiet street off the beaten path. The apartment is so unique, with gorgeous ceilings, stunning details, and ample space. With 3 full bathrooms, it’s really great for larger groups and families.Pierfranco was great with communication. The only wish I have is the beds. They are pretty stiff and we had a hard time sleeping. Also, a dresser would be nice, as I like to unpack vs living out of a suitcase. But that is totally a personal preference. Overall, a great space to stay while visiting Rome. You are steps from the Pantheon, and we were able to walk to all of the other major sites. ##### Danielle B. Excellent spacious mini studio suites each with their own bedroom, bathroom, and shower. You enter the main entrance from the apartment corridor, but it is split into 3 separate areas. Cold air conditioners in each section was great for August, kitchenette in 2 of the rooms. Pierfranco was an excellent host, good instructions with self check-in/checkout, arranged shuttle service, and was very quick to respond with any questions. Café, grocery store, and restaurants right outside the apartment. Front room on main street was a little noisy at night as others stated, but did not affect my stay. 10/10\. It was a spacious location, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Our booking was clean and centrally located in Rome within a short walk to the Pantheon. There was a convenience store (market) within 100 feet of the main entrance. The only caution is regarding the elevator. This flat is located on the 3rd floor and the elevator is literally the size of a Tardis (telephone booth. No, it is NOT bigger on the inside). There is only room for one American with a large suitcase. If claustrophobic, or larger in size, be prepared to haul your luggage up 2 1/2 landings. Overall, the flat and location are perfect. Check-in and checkout were simple and communication with the host was very good through WhatsApp and/or Email. The area was very safe with secured entrances on the main level during off-hours. We were very comfortable as a family of five staying here. The owner was so helpful and responsive. He even set up our ride to and from the airport. Check in was so easy. We walked everywhere, only time we needed a ride was from the airport and to the train station and that’s mainly because of luggage or we would have taken public transportation. There is an elevator to get your luggage up but we just walked up the 3 flights to the unit. Nice wide stairway with shallow steps. We had 3 bedrooms and each bedroom in itself was like a studio apartment. My complaints: the kitchen was not stocked with anything. No salt, pepper, sugar, coffee or paper towels. There wasn’t even a dish towel. All the freezers were all frosted over and could not be used. At first we didn’t think it was a big deal but every rental since all were provided, including olive oil and balsamic vinegar. There is a convenience/grocery store steps away but it would have been nice to have it provided, at least a few days supply. ##### Barry W. We were a family of 6\. Children ages 5,7,10,11\. The property manager was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in was easy and they even helped coordinate pickup and drop off from the Airport and Cruise Terminal. The property was great for a larger family. Three bedrooms and three full baths with great water pressure in all three. The market is literally 50 feet from the front door. My wife would go each morning and get a coffee from one of the many coffee shops but there is one literally 1 minute or less from the front door. The market has everything. The location was wonderful. We easily walked everywhere we wanted to go and it seemed like everything was no more than 10-15 minutes away other than the Vatican which was like 25 minutes and the Colosseum which was about 20-25 also. Although the walks were great and did not seem so long as there is so much to look at and experience along the way. If you are coming to Rome this is a wonderful place to stay. You truly feel like you are part of the community and the elevator is simple and reliable. It is your typical residential elevator. It is wonderful for taking your luggage up and also taking at the end of a long day of walking with kids! The next time we are in Rome there is no doubt that this will be our first option on where we would like to stay. I can not say enough good things about this place. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay here. ##### Michael W.
