Wonderful apartment! This was the perfect location for our family of 6 to explore Rome. It was spacious, clean, great air conditioning for the hot June days, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pierfranco met us on arrival and was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. He is a fantastic host!

The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do… We were able to walk to our Vatican tour and our tour of the Colosseum.… We were within walking distance of the trevi fountain the Spanish steps and the pantheon … we were a group of nine people five adults and four children in the space worked out perfectly.I highly recommend this apartment! Contact with the host was efficient and effective and quick. I also recommend arranging the airport shuttle if you need it was an added convenience that I couldn’t say enough about.

This spacious condo was wonderful for our multigenerational family! My daughter, father, husband and I each had our own separate spaces with bathrooms and sitting area! Each bathroom had a bigger sized shower rather than the small cubes you often find in Europe! The host was quick to respond with any questions we had and we were so grateful for the AC units individually controlled for each section! We loved having a washer and the big drying rack made it very easy to do laundry whenever we wanted! The location was perfect with a grocery very close and numerous little cafes and restaurants all around. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying in this property. It was clean, stocked with most essentials like soap, shampoo, salt/pepper, dish soap, hair dryers (in each bathroom), dishes/cups/utensils). Airconditioner worked well. The property is very close to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and a marketplace. The owner, Pierfranco was very responsive and answered all the questions. It was a great experience staying in an apartment that was built in 17th century, but with modern amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

This listing was NOT as advertised. First, we experienced issues with the AC. The host did not resolve the issue. The listing stated it was elevator accessible, which it is not. There is an elevator in the building but not on the apartments floor. The table in the kitchen had a massive stain which was not resolved. The host provided no trash bags at check in which took almost 24 hours to resolve. We weren’t provided enough towels to which the host responded he would provide us the missing towel for 10 euros even though we paid for it already. The host provides a single role of toilet paper, no paper towels, no hand cloths for the bathroom, etc regardless of the length of the stay. Additionally, the location is good, but it is very noisy at night.

This is a very spacious collection of 3 apartments. There are 3 bathrooms 2 of which have rain showers. We actually never used the 3rd shower but the 2 we used had hot water and were easy to use. It is in a lively neighborhood so you do hear some sounds at night but it was manageable. And the location was great! Not so close the Pantheon that it was crazy crowded but a nice easy walk there! And Pierfranco was available to answer questions and helped us set up airport transportation. Thé beds were comfortable and the place would sleep 10 if needed. We did not use the kitchens.

Fantastic stay

Perfect location. Extremely roomy apartments. After a 9 hour flight together, we needed some space! Love this set up!Hosts are so sweet and arranged airport pick up for us and meet us at the front door. Definitely stay her if you are coming to Rome
