It was a lovely stay! Staff were so friendly, and check in was easy thanks to Roy!. The rooms are very clean and it's very close to the touristic attractions by walking distance.

Location is great, next to all key historic sites within walking distance, place is clean and quite keep in mind it’s a bed and breakfast not a hotel Cons, overpriced for a b/b , no place to park a car if you rent, no real breakfast

Everything was super nice and clean and I also appreciated how it was in a very central location. We were able to walk everywhere from there. We were a pretty big group which took up 3 rooms. We very much loved that there was AC especially because it was super hot outside

We enjoyed our stay in Rome. Upon arrival Roy was very nice to deal with and he made the checkin process very easy for us. Please note that this is not a regular hotel with a 24hour concierge on site, but Roy was there every morning and more than happy to assist with anything we needed help with. And, did it with a smile on his face. It’s an apartment unit with 5 separate rooms. Each room has a separate bathroom and shower, You do get your daily house keeping and there is always coffee and sweet bread at the lobby. It’s very quiet and the location is really close to everything. And yes the elevator works. We were lucky to deal with Roy. He took really good care of us everyday- we stayed 18 nights. It’s clean. I am pleased with our choice.
