Séjour de 5 nuits en avril 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Véronique L. 6 févr. 2016 #### Emplacement exceptionnel Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à 4 adultes dans cet appartement particulièrement bien situé, à deux pas de la place très animée du Panthéon et très près de la belle église baroque de Saint Ignace, de Saint Louis des Français, de la place Navone... Capitole, forum et Colisée accessibles à pied ou en bus. Bus également ou taxi peu onéreux (station derrière le Panthéon) pour le Vatican. L'appartement, au 3ème étage accessible par un ascenseur après une volée de quelques marches, est vaste, très propre, meublé de façon simple avec une literie confortable. Conforme aux photographies Grâce aux deux lits gigognes, le salon TV peut tenir lieu de troisième chambre même s'il faut la traverser pour accéder à l'une des deux chambres. Salle de bain (avec douche très agréable) reliée aux deux chambres. Cuisine bien équipée (il manque cependant quelques couverts). Rue un peu bruyante (on est en plein centre, c'est normal) mais la chambre et le salon TV qui donnent dessus sont très bien insonorisés par les fenêtres. Celles du séjour en revanche ferment mal. Accueil vraiment très sympathique du propriétaire et de son fils qui parlent tous deux très bien le français, donnent de bons renseignements (essayez le restaurant conseillé au pied de l'immeuble, vous ne serez pas déçus), réagissent vite à la demande d'aide puisqu'ils habitent sur place, mais savent aussi se faire discrets. You walk out the door and you are literally there at the Pantheon. Central location—We walked to the colosseum, and we walked to the Vatican museum. In an old historic building. The apartment could use an interior paint job, but that’s such a minor issue when everything else was so amazing. The beds were clean and very comfortable. There were AC units in every room. There was a washing machine that came in handy for us. The windows were triple paned, and the apartment was so quiet on the inside. We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again. There are several delicious restaurants & gelaterias within 5 minutes.We only had 3 days, and it was HOT! So we didn’t have sufficient time to do all in Rome we wanted to do. We stayed in after a cruise and Gian met us early to drop luggage. Steps from Pantheon and within walking distance to most every site we wanted to go to. Place was incredible in size and had all modern conveniences as well as a lift. Busy and noisy street but quiet when windows were closed. We stayed first week of June and didn’t need air condition. Would highly recommend and have already done so.
