Casa Belsiana is an elegant, bright and welcoming apartment located on the 4th floor of a small period building in the heart of the historic center of Rome, a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and the most famous shopping streets of the capital.
Renovated inside with high quality elements ranging from antique parquet throughout the house to the marble bathroom, the apartment has a large double bedroom, a comfortable bathroom with large shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed.
The room is furnished with fine wood furniture, has a comfortable double bed with designer linens, air conditioning, LCD-TV and mosquito nets on the windows.
The classic style bathroom has a marble floor, a large shower box and a signed courtesy line.
In the living room there is a kitchenette equipped with appliances and high-level utensils to meet every need, a comfortable dining table for 4 people, two large windows overlooking Via Belsiana, a double sofa bed and an LCD-TV.
The house is equipped with every comfort from air conditioning in every room, heating with radiators, mosquito nets on the windows, wi-fi high-speed internet, washer-dryer and safe.

Beautiful Place!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was our 4th VRBO stay during our 2 week Italy trip and definitely our favorite. It feels like a very nice hotel but with all the amenities and space of an apartment. The location is in a great part of town with lots of great restaurants and shopping on and around the street. It is also very close to the Spanish Steps. The host was amazing too! Easy to communicate with and very responsive!

Host was most gracious. They had someone meet us there and help us with our luggage up the stairs. The pictures on this one does not do it justice. It is a beautiful place and stocked very well. The bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment was beautifully updated and maintained. It was in a perfect location. Minutes walk to the Spanish steps with restaurants and shops just outside the front door. Our arrival was delayed and Deborah was great and flexible with our check in.

Perfect from start to finish. Deborah and her friend were so helpful and were there to welcome us beautifully. Amazing location. 2 mins from Spanish Steps and surrounded by perfect restaurants, cafes and shops. Walked to everything. Will definitely be back.

Great location

We stayed here July 2024 as a family of 4 with 2 teens. We loved the location and the apt itself was great. A/C works great. We felt very safe walking everywhere. The apartment is small, but everything you need. We slept well at night and took a rest in the afternoon when it was really hot. The host is super nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful apartment. We stays for 15 nights. The apartment is located in the heart of Rome and walking distance to all the sites. Nice, comfortable and spacious with all the amenities. The shower is one the most spacious we've had in Rome. The cleaning staff was excellent!! She took care of us the moment we arrive. She carried our bags for us, up 72 step to the apartment. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who will be in Rome. We look forward to staying there again.

Fantastic apartment!

We stayed here 11 nights and we loved everything about this place. Hard to beat the location. Lots of restaurants all around. In fact, the one right across the street was very good (Osteria Del Tempo Perso) and super convenient when you've had a long day and just want to stay in the area. Plus all the nice shops are around the corner on Via Condotti. Highly recommend this apartment. All high end furnishings, linens and appliances. And very clean. Just know that you need to climb 72 steps (which was perfectly fine with us...especially after having so much amazing food and pasta every day :)

This property is in a great location, near all the shops, restaurants and easy access to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, plus lots of great churches. A great find and a perfect spot for 2 people. There is no elevator so you will get your exercise every day but it's very manageable. Deborah was very helpful and easy to stay in contact with. It's a great apartment for 3 or 4 days ! Highly recommend.

We loved the property and the decorating/decor. Deborah was awesome. It does stink not having an elevator, but that was well advertised in the listing. The only thing that surprised me was the six euro per person per night charge which I understand I think is pretty common in Rome, but I just don’t remember seeing it on the listing. Again, thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations. We really enjoyed all the little touches that made the stay pleasant.
