We are family friendly and allow small pets. Just steps away from Broad St, nestled in the historic downtown of Rome, GA. Located right on the river, with direct access to the river trail. This upstairs apartment has everything you will need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels are provided. If applicable, early check-in/check-out will be $20 extra a hour. When you park you will see the stairs to the left of the building. You will enter into the living room, where one of the bedrooms will be to the left. Through the hallway you will find the kitchen, bathroom, and second bedroom. Both beds are queen size. Pet fee is $125. Self-check in with keypad. $20 upcharge per hour for early check-in/check-out. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT TOILET PAPER SHOULD BE FLUSHED IN THE TOILET. Downtown Broad St is a street over, the river is steps away. Very quiet and nestled in between what looks like nice bungalows and million dollar homes. Icing room was super comfy to chill in. The sofa comfortable enough to sleep on but still slept in the bed. The kitchen was great for light meals. The antique clawfoot tub was a nice touch, the shower head is adjustable for tall people.
