Great location in Rome

Apartment is in a great location. Only downside is it's a 3rd floor walkup. A/C works great. Didn't get sheets for pull out couch. Called manager asking to get some dropped of, was told it would happen but it never did. Otherwise the place was as advertised.

Great location

Had problems with air conditioning and an electrical outlet. But liked the ease of moving around the city on foot . We had luggage that had to go up three flights of stairs but we had friends there who helped with that. No elevator .

The apartment is as described, excellent location, in the heart of the most common tourist attractions. Communication and checkin were smooth, no issues. The place is old, clean, spacious, and has almost everything you'd need. The bed is comfortable, with nightstands on both sides. There is sufficient storage space in the closet and drawers. Based on staying at other similar places here are some suggestions for improvement: put a solid coffee table in front of the couch, fix the towel rack in the bathroom, add/hang a shelf in the shower, have some water battles in the fridge for new guests, and put paper towels in the kitchen.

Exactly how we expected it to be

My husband and I spent five days in this beautiful apartment. Thanks to its perfect position - close to most of the city attractions -we could discover the centre just walking all around. Sara, the owner, was very kind and welcoming: she gave us very helpful suggestions to enjoy our stay. The apartment is fully equipped and it looks exactly as shown in the pictures.

Just fantastic!

During our trip to Italy we have been visiting Florence, Bologna, Venice and Roma: only in Rome the apartment we stayed at was exactly what we had paid for!! It was fully equipped and located in an amazing area, full of restaurants! The bed was very comfortable, wi-fi, hot water and heating system worked perfectly.

A perfect stay

Our stay in this apartment was just perfect, starting from the warm welcome we received from Sarah, who was very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, warm and fully equipped: we found even new slippers for each of us and Nespresso capsules! Trevi Fountain is really closed and from this apartment is very easy to reach everything. We had a really great time and we will definetely recommend this apartment to our friends.
