"Rooms were clean and beautiful, staff was very polite and happy, my only complaint was the trash floating around in the hot tub and pool."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Room and hotel extremely run down, bed was torn and had poop stains on the comforter, shower tub was cracked and leaking, some gross sticky substance on counter top, hotel apparently ran out of shampoo and told me I had to go to to the store at 10pm if I wanted to shower. When asking to to cancel my reservation Gigi who was useless offered me another room after lying earlier saying they were completely booked up and tried putting me in an equally disgusting room. When I went down to tell her that the room won’t work either especially since it didn’t even have the basic amenities she said it’s only one night……. I immediately booked a new hotel and got out of that sess pool as fast as possible. Expedia tried to help refund my money but the hotel denied. Stay far from this hell hole."

"The charge for breakfast prevented us from staying any longer than necessary. The hotel smelled very perfumy and strong like it was trying to hide something. The pool has too many bugs inside it."

"We stayed here for a baseball tournament and it’s great for families with kids. Staff is friendly and breakfast was good as well. Definitely will stay here again next time we come to Waco"
