« Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay. »

« The room was clean and comfortable with somewhat a smell and lacking in amenities. The kitchen fan and light did not work, and no utensils, glasses, pots, etc. The kitchen was completely empty except for two disposable cups- not even a coffee machine. The front desk tried to charge extra for room cleaning. »

« Quaint neighborhood dwelling close to walking trails and many restaurants/shops to cover one’s needs. Communication was timely and helpful. Yes there was some barking and noise from adjacent room but it was tolerable and would not deter us from staying here again. »

« Great unit near American University. Very clean and spacious, large living room area with a couch and small washer/dryer within the unit, along with a kitchenette, and has a separate bedroom. Appreciated the host provided a couple of bottles of water complementary. Only things to note are the bathroom is very small, toilet comes right up to the shower area (no bathtub), and lighting could be better in the bedroom. Location is great, safe area and about half mile from Tenleytown/AU metro. »

« Great place! 20 minutes from the National Mall and museums. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. Also close to other neighborhoods for relaxing after walking all day! 10/10 recommend! »

« Mignon petit appartement très calme dans un quartier résidentiel avec de magnifiques maisons (il faut se promener autour). L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir National Mall (à quelques stations de métro) Idéal pour un couple en voyage pour quelques jours. Les propriétaires sont discrets (ils habitent en haut) et répondent rapidement. Nous étions avec nos enfants (8 et 11 ans) qui dormaient dans le divan-lit juste à côté du lit. Ce dernier est un peu bruyant (quand les enfants bougent)....
