"Tout est dans le titre. Ce n'est pas une pratique convenable. J'ai dû trouver au dernier moment un autre ébergement. Quand à la personne d'ABRITEL que j'ai eu au téléphone, qui devait me rappeler dans 5 mn pour me proposer un autre logement, j'attends toujours son coup de fil. Manque de professionnalisme de bout en bout. Je me demande même comment on peut demander un avis sur une réservation annulée ???"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The area doesn't have any public transport, but I was meeting friends who live nearby and have a car so that wasn't an issue for me. The on-site restaurant was closed over the weekend, which was unexpected and I would have like to have been informed about this before booking, but it was easy enough to order food on Uber Eats. So if was fine. "
