"The hotel is well placed in the tourist area of Asakusa, travel options like metro and rail and very close by and it’s pretty easy to get to the main areas of interest in the city. Not tons of extra facilities but frankly 90% of people staying here will be out of the hotel most the day. I would make a special shout out to the housekeeping crew - even their basic room tidy was excellent. The room is well fitted out and the only criticism I had of the hotel was a lack storage (no drawers primarily making emptying suitcase tricky) but that is by the by. For a tourist trip to the city, this hotel is a very good option and I would happily use again and will look out for the brand on next trip to Japan"

"The facility is very clean but as the case of most the hotels in Japan. Rooms are always kept clean as well with constant refill for toothbrush, razors, face towel etc. The main strength about the hotel is it’s literally 10m away from the Asakusa train line. It gives access to both international airport of Tokyo. It is also next to a convenient store that is opened 24h. Location wise it’s close to tourist spots of old asakusa. Very very safe. Cleaning ladies are extremely nice. But as for the staff at the reception, they could be more helpful. Not that they are mean or rude but a little bit more smile is the only thing I have to stay."

"Staff were helpful, and the check-in/check-out process is seamless for overseas travelers. The room was quite compact, though that was to be expected. Ideal and affordable spot to return to rest. It would have been useful to have an area to access a microwave other than the basement level. Being on the 17th floor made it a bit inconvenient to heat/reheat meals."

"The hotel is a great refuge to go back to from the craziness of Shinjuku or Shibuya. Be warned if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage the rooms are on the smaller size. I had an oversized suitcase which took up a good portion of the room. The neighborhood seems very local and not as congested but there’s still so much around."
