### Cozy ranch house with indoor pool

This place is great for small gatherings. Lots of parking, outdoor kitchen and firepit . Also has outside restroom. Lots of upgrades in the main house including walk in master bedroom shower. Located in horse town California. Outside surveillance throughout the property outside included door entry, all door entryways, property entry way and inside of indoor pool house. There is also a tenant at 1 of the rear units.
