"First room I was given was dirty, slept in bed and garbage everywhere. And the next room the light switch didn’t work so had to use a flashlight to find the lamps and turn them on and the bathroom in the pool area was covered in feces. Would not stay here ever again. "

"We were told upon arrival that the hotel was without air conditioning and it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. We should have taken that as our chance to change hotels. The room was comfortable at first but got warmer through the afternoon evening. No fans were available when we checked later in the evening. The happy hour snacks had been attacked by the many kiddos running through the building so we were lucky to dig out a few gold fish and some pretzel mix from the snack containers. The chips and salsa and fruit bowls were left with just crumbs. We then went to the pool and there were so many people in the pool my kids didn't stay long and wanted to try again in the morning. After breakfast we went upstairs to change into swim suits and came back down to find a sign on the door that it was closed until further notice. We went back up stairs and packed up and left. No one was at the counter when we waited to leave so we ended up dropping the keys on the box and leaving. We are willing to pay the little extra for Embassy Suites but this time was a real disappointment."

"The stay started out very well, super easy check in, super nice room. Although we did run into problems with parking.. their lines you can hardly see and we were asked at 10PM to move our vehicles over. I was told we took up 4 spots but it was 2 1/2 if that. Their parking is super complicated due to them splitting a parking lot with Culver’s. I fully understand there’s a sports center near by but I have three kids and It was very hard for all of us to sleep until about after 2AM. I never complain about things like this we just wanted a nice relaxing little get away but it turned into chaos. We tried taking our kids swimming but when we got there it was packed with unsupervised children, alcoholic beverages, food. I honestly probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"I just planned a 5 year old swimming birthday party for my daughter for one night. I bought a suite room and way over paid for it just to have a fantastic experience with family and friends at the water park. I was told we would be able to “ probably have a room available at 1pm , and we would be able to access the waterpark 9am-9pm” so we showed at 1pm and was greeted with a disprectful lady at the front desk, Tina, who said “ I would have never told you that you could swim at 1pm”.. which she did. Then she also told me that my family (who did not want to swim, just visit) could purchase a waterpark pass for $20. But then they turned away my birthday party guessed and would not let them buy any passes. It was all heavily monitored and a babysitting situation by staff rather than a fun waterpark family friendly experience. Then the next morning I went to get complimentary coffee and I asked, Tina, the front desk lady, where the coffee was, she told me they were brewing it and I had to wait OR I had to purchase caribou coffee. She made me wait 10 mins for free coffee rather than just allow me a cup of ready made Caribou coffee after buying a suite room and turning away my guests who wanted to spend money on food and alcohol at their facility. The LEAST she could have done, the next morning, last encounter with me, was offer me the free coffee for my troubles. Just one thing after another with this place. I was willing to buy food, drinks, waterpark passes, arcade, all of it to"
