Directly across from Orvis hot springs, your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and serene space. This is a new listing from an experienced host. I’m happy to help give suggestions on your San Juan / Sneffels range adventure. Note: we are not affiliated with Orvis Hot Springs, but we are across the road from them and encourage a visit :) OURAY COUNTY SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT #STR2023-078 The space Come get an “early preview” discount while we attend to the finishing touches :) This property sits across the road from the lovely Orvis Hotel Springs. You’re within easy striking distance of Ridgway, Ouray and the majestic San Juan mountains. Telluride and Silverton are within 45 minutes. There is plenty of beauty and fun for all. Park your oversized vehicle(s) and toys in on property. Bring your furry friend along. Enjoy mountain views, comfort and privacy. Guest access entire upstairs. no one lives downstairs. I thought the couch was a pullout, and the teenagers could have slept on that. It is awkward having 2 adults and a 16 or 17 year old share a king size bed (twice since we had 8 in our party and there was only one queen and two king beds). A sign on the basement door indicating "do not enter" would have ben appreciated instead of a tiny sign on the desk downstairs in the basement saying so. After a visit to the EMS 2 miles away, we were convinced by the deputy head EM Technician we should leave immediately and go to Montrose, CO 2400 ft lower in elevation.
