Nicely located for visit to downtown area. Many wonderful restaurants nearby, including Quirk's own. Coffee bar in lobby is convenient. I liked that they offer RO water on each floor, but if it's down (as it was for our stay), no supply is available in the room. After 10pm call to the desk, no replacement water was offered. (The tap water was strangely solvent-like in taste and aroma.) The faucet is poorly placed and water ends up on the counter. No ventilation is available for the bathroom, so only option is to keep the door open unless you desire a steaming bathroom. Bed was noisy, with spring sound every in/out. One hard plastic chair or long padded bench under window for sitting- both uncomfortable. However, it is quirky in art & color (pinks).
