"We loved this hotel, very nice room, great and friendly staff, restaurant onsite was useful and food excellent, great breakfast as well. Note - It is next to a railway line so trains going through early hours of the morning which woke the local roosters which in turn got the neighbourhood dog going! not much sleep after that - not really a complaint because everything else at this property was great. "

"This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, because of this you have to eat in their restaurant every night, and you can't eat before 8.00 at night because they are not ready. The staff are one big family, and they are very courteous and helpful. But that is where it stops. They run the hotel like a concentration camp with so many rules for the pool, you must be out by 12.30 midday and not back in until 4.00 pm, they all have there quiet time to have a sleep ( Siesta ), but then you must be out...

"Sehr nette, hilfsbereite, zuvorkommende und unkomplizierte Betreuung. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Wohnung war im Bereich auf der anderen Strassenseite. Sehr ruhig und wunderschöne Terrasse. Einzig war auf dieser Seite der Anlage die WLAN-Verbindung nicht sehr gut. Am Poolbereich war diese jedoch einwandfrei. Der "private" dazugehörende Strandbereich ist einer der schönsten in der Gegend. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zur Anlage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber alle...

"This property is fantastic. The pool and beach area are beautiful and relaxing. Our room was good size as well as a great bathroom with a separate shower (large size) and tub. We had a nice balcony as well with an ocean view. The views of Stromboli and the other islands was great. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a chef making custom omelets and crepes, very fresh fruit and nice pastries. The staff was very good- Noemi at the pool bar was outstanding!"

"Personalul nu stie engleza. Nu-ti dau nici o informatie despre hotel, servicii etc. Pentru ca aveam masa la capatul restaurantului, asteptam 1,5ore (!!!) pana la servirea meniului principal (cu 2 copii mici!! ). Cand, dupa 75 minute de asteptare, am cerut sa ni se aduca si noua mancarea (tot restaurantul mancase deja !), ne-au fost aduce doar 2 portii si aruncate (la propriu) pe masa...apoi, am renuntat sa mai asteptam...Parerea mea e ca, daca nu ai mai fost pana acum la mai putin de 4 stele si...
