For your stay as a couple, this holiday rental fitted out on one level awaits you! This cottage offers you beautiful volumes and all the comfort you will need. The cottage consists of a kitchen with living room, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom (1 bed 140) and a bathroom with toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a fully enclosed 800 m² garden with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and a private parking space. The cottage is located on the ground floor of an independent house including the owner's accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floor. Each accommodation has its own private entrance. The laundry room and the garden are shared. Possibility of telecommuting. In Morbihan, come and discover Riantec bordering the small sea of Gâvres: 9 km of coastline and hiking trails that will allow you to discover its wide variety of landscapes. Swimming and water sports enthusiasts can enjoy these activities 300m from the cottage! You can take the batobus to go to Lorient and visit its marine city and its port, and why not embark for a day on the island of Groix. Take advantage of this single-storey vacation rental, with a large enclosed garden just 300 m from the sea in southern Brittany!
