On the outside you can find a pool and a children's pool, with its spacious pool deck and sun beds. Moreover a BBQ area can be found next to the pool for some Cretan specialities. It has its own electric locking gate, fenced-in garden and 2 enclosed garage parking places with a few more parking places just outside. The villa has 3 floors where the first and second floor is identical in size and room giving you privacy and individuality since they both have a main entrance door. Both with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and with panoramic views of the ocean and landscape. Stepping into the villa from the first floor, one finds himself in the living/lounge area, with its comfortable sofas, Flat screen TV, WIFI, etc. Continuing on, one enters to the kitchen/dining area. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, etc. On the same floor there is 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with 2 twin beds.
