Fully remodeled, private home with yard and hot tub in old south west. Bedroom one has a twin day bed, tv and large closet. Bedroom two has a king, tv, large closet and the loft has an additional futon and queen. Living room has a queen air mattress Walking distance to wild garlic and coffee bar, 5 min drive to casinos, midtown and the freeway. Brand new 7 person hot tub, large porch and fenced yard. Garage newly completed!! Pool table, sauna, shower, shuffle board, multi game table. Two car parking in and out of the garage for a total of 4 spots. New hvac!! House does have lots of stairs!

The property was immaculate and perfect for us! The owner was super responsive to all my questions and messaged me immediately. The place was ready, extremely clean and just the perfect place for our stay!

Great Place to Stay!

We came up for the Banana Ball game and scored this place and we are so thankful we did! It was pristinely cleaned, we were able to check in earlier than normal because we were from out of state, the Bluetooth hot tub was a god sent, and they even had a bag of ice in the freezer on our arrival! (Which was amazing for a VERY HOT weekend). We would definitely stay here again!

Super cute house! Very clean. 3rd bedroom is a loft that you climb a ladder to get up to. Host was very responsive with all the questions we had. Overall, terrific stay

Pros:10 min away from shopping centers and downtown areas Has a fireplace Hot tub Water runs hot instantly Good heating systemComfy beds (loft, twin bed, and queen bed)Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, microwave, oven, stove, kitchen aid mixerLots of extra sheets, pillows, and blankets Provided ice and water Lots of streaming apps on tv Has parking Cons:Sofa bed is not comfyThe loft ladder is wobblyIn the listing it mentions it sleeps 8 but it only sleeps 7Listed amenities were updated after purchasing stayDusty (had us and the dog sneezing) The window in the shower is hazardous because the window design has bolts where I hit myself in the head The room next to the kitchen doesn’t receive heat flow making the room freezing

Sweet get-away and homebase.

We stayed only one night. But it was a great stay. Super cool place that’s amazing for lounging. It’s also in a great lication for enjoying the various areas of Reno and surrounding area.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 days, and we adored this property! We needed only a single bedroom, and found the home contained everything we desired. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful! The hot tub would seat 4 adults easily - 6/7 if you're all comfy with each other. The sauna suits 2 adults, perhaps a third. We were seeking quiet and relaxation, and that was exactly what we found! The hostess was responsive to our messages, and we added the 6th day easily.We will be back too stay here again!

It's an interesting place, just not what we expected. The lift area is very tricky and I feel it's description, especially for how many beds was very inaccurate.

South stay

Shower plumbing needs work/spa was not clean and ready for use/ shelving shelves flimsy and not attached well not in studs of home for stability. Ladder to loft is a little sketchy to climb. But I appreciate the love and attention in other areas of the home owner. We Prepared wonderful dinners for my family and friends and played Yahtzee and enjoyed many laughs.
