Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Rennes, this charming flat on the banks of the Saint-Martin canal, surrounded by greenery and offering a peaceful setting. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), with a surface area of 47 m², and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Private parking is available outside, in the courtyard of the building, under the covered area. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, washing machine with dryer, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1 (23 m²) with queen-size bed (160x200)   
\- Bedroom 2 with a pull-out bed (90x190) and an extra mattress for a child   
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, on the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin, in a very pleasant and peaceful environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the Lices market on Saturday mornings...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
