The room looked clean at first sight, but unfortunately there was a very unpleasant smell. The carpet and the bedding had a strong, musty smell, almost like smelly feet, which made the room uncomfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was rather disappointing and quite basic, especially considering the £12 price. Parking was fine and convenient. Overall, the main issue was definitely the unpleasant smell in the room. With better attention to the carpets and bedding, the stay could have been much more enjoyable.

Take a travel kettle!

I’ve stayed here several times visiting my daughter at the university. Basically there’s not much choice of hotels in the area! Therefore I feel it’s a bit overpriced. I reckon there must be around 50 rooms. It’s used for conferences during the week so can be busy. Always seems quiet at weekends. I’ve had drinks (carafes of wine) from the reception but not eaten there as I’ve always eaten out. *Staff are excellent and always helpful. *Beds are super comfy with quality bedding *Quiet location *Parking *Tea/coffee making facilities are in the foyer so I TAKE MY OWN TRAVEL KETTLE *No fridge in the rooms If you’re going to Rennes on holiday I would probably choose a hotel in the centre. Having said that, this one is fine if you have a car and Rennes is easy to drive round.

Everything was perfect besides the toilet flush, the blocked bath and the towels that we put as it was said into the bathtub to be changed , which were not changed but hopefully there were two others in addition.

Een zeer behulpzame dame aan het onthaal. Met het hete weer waren we zeer blij met de waterfontein in de inkom. Het frisse water was meer dan welkom ! Ook het ontbijt met een mooie keuze van losse Kusmi thee heeft ons gesmaakt. Een ruime keuze aan brood, beleg, kazen, confituren. Enig minpuntje: de kamers waren moeilijk te verluchten met enkel 1 klein venster. Maar prijs/kwaliteit : top !

hôtel de 3 étoiles mais sans climatisation,c'est regrettable.On nous a tout de même mis un ventilateur à disposition. Le sol de la chambre est taché avec de la moquette,pas très hygiénique et le sol de la salle de bains est aussi taché. L'environnement est calme. Nous n'avons pas prit de petits déjeuners car trop cher.
