  • Wake up to lake views, walk to Bethany Beach in minutes, and enjoy full access to Sea Colony’s pools, tennis center, fitness facilities, and beach shuttle. This updated 2-bedroom + loft condo comfortably sleeps families and groups who want a true beach vacation without needing to drive everywhere. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed and a full size bed, perfect for the kids! The loft has 2 queen size beds. The kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. Central air (including the loft) washer/dryer, 3 flat screen tv's, free wifi and cable. Sit on the outdoor couch and enjoy the view of the beautiful lake with swans and ducks. Peaceful, relaxing and gorgeous!

    Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony's ocean front features five oceanfront pools (including one indoor) and three kiddie pools, plus exercise facilities.

    Located across from tennis center and 2 blocks from the Sea Colony Market where you can rent bikes, eat at 3 restaurants, or enjoy an ice cream cone! Take the shuttle to the beach or easily walk.

    Sheets and bath towels are included. Please remember to pack your beach towels.
