Located off the beaten path, but very close to everything in downtown Rehoboth Beach! This home is 3 1/2 blocks to the beach, and less than 1 block to Rehoboth Avenue, where fine dining and shopping is all around!! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located spacious house. Open house layout with very large living room/dining room open format. NEWLY RENOVATED AND LOOKS GREAT. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR HOME THAT WE LOVE AND WE ASK THAT YOU TREAT IT AS SUCH - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS IN MIND PLEASE DO NOT RENT OUR HOUSE. The neighborhood was so friendly and safe. The seating in the open DR/LR was perfect for the 5 of us. There are two areas so if you don’t want to watch TV, you can sit by the window area and read. The kitchen was clean and organized. The washer/dryer was helpful. Beds were comfy and we were grateful for two bathrooms. The shed was perfect for storing our 5 bikes as it’s a good 3.5 blocks to the beach to the Philadelphia St entrance (which is a quieter area). Before September 15, you can ride on the boardwalk before 10am. Loved the patio! The house is perfectly located near the main strip of Rehoboth beach and within a very nice community with a couple of parks nearby. Our kids loved the parks and proximity to everything. No issues during our time here and everything had clear instructions as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great family spot near the beach that is affordable and comfortable. ##### Joseph F. It is a very nice well maintained complex. So glad its pet friendly. It's not far from the boardwalk. But yet far enough out there's no noise. The condo was clean and comfortable.
