« Une belle découverte sur ma route des vacances. Il est certain que ce sera désormais mon point de chute avant de rejoindre la Bretagne. Idéalement situé dans un endroit calme, cet appart-hôtel coche toutes les cases. Studio spacieux, neuf, très propre et à la jolie déco épurée dans laquelle on se sent bien. La procédure d'arrivée en dehors des heures d'ouverture de la réception s'est très bien passée. Merci Anaïs pour votre accueil. »

"Infrastructure très mal expliquée, on ne sait pas à quoi ressemble les chambres. L’état de l’hôtel avec chambre authentique Annette Poulard est médiocre : rénovation urgente, sale, meubles et rideaux tachés…. Cette chambre « authentique »fut réservée pour une occasion exceptionnelle… et j’ai été très déçue de constater son état de délabrement avec en plus vue sur un échafaudage démonté à la place de la baie ou du village … De plus cet hôtel que je pensais être à l’entrée du village est accessible après un nombre interminable d’escaliers où l’on doit porter ses bagages sans en avoir été informé. Le service de réservation est très difficilement joignable, il ne donne aucun renseignement pertinent sur les caractéristiques des chambres. Mais par contre, je n’ai pas arrêté d’être sollicitée par mail tous les jours, et ce bien au moins une semaine avant le début du séjour pour faire checking sur checking…puis sur place à nouveau deux checkings différents. Organisation totale à revoir. Cependant,nous tenons à remercier et féliciter Laurette, de son initiative, d’avoir essayé de nous rediriger vers une chambre moins pire… !!! Je souligne que le petit déjeuner au restaurant de la mere Poulard était de qualité. L’Établissement n’est absolument pas à la hauteur en matière de rapport qualité, prix, prestation, respect du lieu, et l’état d’esprit qui a fait là réputation de la mère Poulard ! Il semblerait que ces chambres de 3e catégorie sodestinées aux centrales en ligne ?"
