The Farmhouse is the perfect rural retreat for family and friends, set in a peaceful location, Caddy’s Corner Farm is located mid-coast between Falmouth and St Ives, the perfect location for exploring the rugged north coast and the tranquil south coast. Just a short distance from the north coast - popular for surfing with long, beautiful, sandy beaches and stunning coastal paths. It is equidistant from the south coast with its picturesque, hidden coves and tranquil sailing waters of the Fal Estuary and River Helford. The Farmhouse is great for extended family and friends, perfect for celebrations and get-togethers. This traditional Cornish farmhouse offers comfortable holiday accommodation for twelve guests and has a large, private, secluded garden, patio, wild flower area and children’s play park on site. It has a large cooking range for feasts around the long farmhouse table. The area is perfect for exploring Cornwall’s peninsulas and just a short distance away is Stithian’s Lake and Water Sports Centre offering sailing, wind surfing, canoeing, climbing and archery, with delightful wildlife and lakeside walks. The area has numerous cycle trails and bikes can be hired locally. Horse riding and golf are available close by. Falmouth, with its busy port and marinas, is a yachting haven and is the home of the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle overlooking the Fal Estuary. Take a sea safari, relax on one of the many pristine, sandy beaches, go shopping, visit art galleries or eat and drink al fresco at bars, cafés or restaurants before returning to The Farmhouse to relax and unwind whilst the children head to the play park on site. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 1¼ miles.

#### Great Farmhouse

Loved this place,we were a party of 12,plus our friend had her camper van on the drive to sleep in but spent the rest of the time with us indoors,thanks to the owners permission. This was the perfect place for us all,we loved the hot tub and had such a laugh in there. Fully equipped,couldn’t have asked for a better place. May well come again
