the hotel was very clean and private with ample parking staff were very friendly and accommadating ialso liked the evening snack and drinks , not very many places do that anymore

We decided to stay here on our drive back up to WA. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member at the front desk for check in. Everything went smoothly and they offered my daughter and I a free drink which was a nice touch. The building itself, and property, were very well maintained. The room itself was quite large and actually perfect if you have a dog with you as you could easily put the dog in the extra space that can be closed off from the bedroom. Same is true if you have a small child in a crib. The included breakfast hit the spot before we were back on the road. My ONLY complaint is that the walls were quite thin and we could hear everything above us (we were on the 2nd floor). It wasn’t bad enough, for me to not consider this hotel in the future, but something you need to be made aware of.

Friendly staff and pretty nice rooms that look like they got updated.. but you could hear other people talking in their rooms and even more if someone was walking in the hallway.. overall good experience

Room was clean, comfortable. Shower was a bit of a problem because it required getting into the shower to turn the water on. It was very cold and sprayed water out the shower door onto the floor. There seemed to be some construction or repair going on inside and one of the elevators was out of service. The social time was nice with a free glass of wine, beer or cocktail, pasta salad and hot sliced sandwich. Breakfast was very good, served by staff, and a number of options. Overall a good place to stay.

The breakfast was disappointing. I got there at 9. Only 4 pieces of bread, no bagels. Entree was lukewarm. Coffee needs improvement.

We were greeted in a friendly way, given free drink vouchers and free breakfast vouchers. The room was very clean, super quiet and the bed actually comfortable. Quite happy with our stay!

Our room was very clean and the service was great! The warm breakfast was good and they had a lot of options for cold breakfast options as well. Definitely recommend!

Busy area of Redding but felt safe. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff were extremely friendly. We pass through this area a few times a year and I’ll definitely be back.

Except for breakfast (powderd eggs, greasy sausage- not many healthy options)Traveled with pet - even gave us a pet bowl. ) Nice managers reception with higher shelf liquors ( didn't partake, but noticed) with snacks. Definitely, our go to pace on our next trip to- from California.

Checked in at 430. Went to our room on first floor right beside the pool and immediately notified staff that it reeked off chemicals. We opened the windows and the door to try and air it out. After an hour or two it was not great but we could deal. Our kids were tired and so we were too. Then we discovered the couch reeked of pee. The staff tried to convince us the chemical bleach smell was normal. After the pee couch we got a new room and it didn’t smell at all. Just awful customer service. Glad they moved us without much fuss but they really tried to gaslight us about the smell even as my nostrils burned. The second floor was better but it is so loud if anyone is in the pool. It’s currently 940pm and we’re up due to people yelling and shouting in the pool which half of the rooms overlook. For almost 200$. We won’t be back

I liked that they offered a happy hour in the lounge with a free drink ticket and appetizers. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was on crutches and they made sure that my room was on the first floor close to an outside door.
