« So. The condo is a bit older and worn out. It straight up needs updating. BUT it is pretty clean, lots of extras like spices, coffee, filters and dish soap. Extra TP and paper towels are super nice to have. The location is fantastic if u r looking for something more relaxed and out of the way but it is only walkable to Mim's and Iggy's. Mim's is fantastic but pricey. Iggy's is more laid back. The patio doors stick something terrible but I mean we stayed out on the balcony ALOT. The living room...

« Everything was exactly as listed. I enjoyed that Sapphire Beach and Red Hook were both so close. The beach may be difficult to walk to of you have issues walking up/down hills, but it wasn't bad for us. Although Red Hook and the Ferry are close, you would want do drive or get a taxi, due to the landscape. If I visit St Thomas again, I would stay here each and every time! »

« We enjoyed our stay at the resort. We had an issue with some of the equipment advertised and our host promptly replaced all the broken snorkel gear!! He was easy to get hold of and followed up as needed. The property was clean and well cared for also. It is a well managed property. The furnishings were as nice as in the pics displayed in the listing. It was an outstanding vacation! »

« This property is wonderful with a awesome view of the water and St John. 5 places close by for food or a quick drive to Red Hook for many more choices. The condo has many amenities to use from all the cookware you might need to beach and snorkeling gear. Annette the owner was very helpful during the trip and helped us whenever we asked. « 2h30 pour récupérer la clé de la chambre car après 18h il n’y a plus personne à l’office. Heureusement que expédia à un service irréprochable vis à vis du client. Comme il n’y a rien sur le site ou presque, il faut prévoir nourriture et boissons si on arrive tard et surtout le café du matin car au snack bar du site à 2$50 la petite tasse , ça reste vite en travers de la gorge. A part ces petits désagréments, le site et les chambres sont très correctes. »
