« Tive uma boa experiência na estadia no Mahrak Villa - VSH. O ambiente é muito agradável, o quarto estava limpo e as instalações em geral são boas. A localização também é um ponto positivo, com ruas tranquilas, mercado próximo e fácil acesso ao centro de Porto de Galinhas. No entanto, tive um problema no final da estadia que considero importante destacar. Fui acusado de ter quebrado uma cafeteira, sendo que o item já estava danificado desde a minha entrada no apartamento. Felizmente, eu havia...

"L'accueil fut normal, l'hôtesse était très souriante par contre il m'a fallu lui arracher les informations concernant le lieu du petit déjeuner, l'heure d'ouverture ,où se trouve la salle de sport , piscine et jaccuzi. J'avais une chambre au 2eme étage côté réception et avec une vue sur les autres immeubles. A ce même niveau était installé tous les climatiseurs et depuis l'intérieur de la chambre je pouvais entendre le vacarme des ces appareils. A la nuit tombée c'était insupportable. Je vous déconseille le 2eme étage de cette partie de l'hôtel, c'est à fuir. La chambre est vraiment spacieuse avec un grand lit confortable, une TV grand écran, la climatisation. La salle de bain avait l'air correct mais il y avait plusieurs problèmes dont : la chasse d'eau était peu puissante ce qui m'obligeait à utiliser et remplir le seau d'eau et le verser dans la cuvette des WC. Au niveau de la douche , l'eau stagnait, l évacuation complète ne se faisait pas. Système D, à l'aide de mon pied j'ai dû évacuer le surplus d'eau et attention lorsque vous revenez prendre la douche , le sol reste glissant à cause de l'eau stagnante. Les robinets à l'ancienne ne sont pas pratiques , un pour l'eau froide et un pour l'eau chaude. Le ménage est fait régulièrement sauf la veille de mon départ, elle s'est pointé vers 17h et je n'ai pas compris. De ce fait elle n'a pas pû le faire. Mise à part ces désagréments, le personnel est très investi et professionnel."

"Localisation sur la Marina, qui est un endroit safe. Restaurant de l'hôtel très bon (style un peu semi gastro). Restaurants aux alentours chics et excellents. Nourriture du room service de bonne qualité. Bar de la piscine top. Piscine ouverte 24h/24 et serviettes toujours en libre service ! Le personnel est très sympa même si peu parle anglais. Points négatifs : Litterie trop dur et petit déjeuner redondant. Cependant, si vous cherchez à manger local, vous serez ravi du petit déjeuner. "
