"Great location and beautiful garden with views across the hills. Spotlessly clean and well maintained with all the things you may need for your holiday. The caretakers were very friendly and helpful and cared about us and the property with pride. Local supermarkets, petrol station and IKEA were only a mile down the road plus a five minute walk from the property was a pub serving food and an excellent fish n chips shop! Buses into town from outside the chippy were every 10 minutes or sooner!"

"I recently stayed at Holiday Inn as part of a surprise birthday trip for my partner, and overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. From the moment i arrived, the check-in process was excellent. I was warmly welcomed with a smile and professional service by Khadija at the help desk, who was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. Her professionalism immediately made us feel comfortable and set a positive tone for our stay. Since this trip was planned as a special surprise celebration, the warm welcome meant a lot. We were also given complimentary drinks, which was a thoughtful touch and added to the experience. Small gestures like this make guests feel valued and appreciated. During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the cooling in our room. After mentioning it to the staff member on duty that evening (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember), she responded professionally and offered to either move us to another room or provide a fan. Although we initially worried about the stress of moving our belongings, she kindly reassured us and even offered assistance from hotel staff to help move our things if we chose to relocate. In the end, we decided to stay in the room and opted for fans instead, which were quickly provided and helped improve our comfort. What stood out most throughout our stay was the exceptional hospitality and customer service. The staff genuinely cared about ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. Overall, I recommend"

"The room was excellent, well equipped, very comfortable with a first rate view from the balcony. The pool and Gym facilities were excellent, easy to use with fantastic staff. The only let down was the bar/restaurant area. The levels of noise from the assorted screens, the shouting and screaming was ridiculous. Ordering food was difficult as the app system was glitchy and talking to staff near impossible due to the noise levels. The menu sounds great, the reality somewhat different. The food was not upto the standard advertised and as such overpriced. Am Amazing Hotel well positioned with great facilities seriously let down by a sports bar and the mentality that comes with it, a real shame."

"Lovely place in a stunning setting, would have without a doubt been 5 stars across the board until we went for breakfast. Food was very nice, but we were sat at a table that wasn’t the best situated and felt a bit close to others when better tables were available and offered to other guests but not us. Table hadn’t been cleaned properly and there were marks on the glass. Getting the attention of staff was an issue and I didn’t want to bring this up in front of other paying guests. We then sat there nearly 30 minutes without the table being cleared or being asked for any further drinks, then another 10 minutes to get the bill, left us with little time to get back to our room and pack before our checkout time."
