"Belle chambre très éclairée avec superbe terrasse extérieure. Déjeuner simpliste mais délicieux! Tables à l’extérieur sur petite terrasse avec vue magnifique. "We read some really bad reviews about this hotel, but we booked very late during high season, so had to take a chance. The experience was much better than we feared--definitely overall positive, even though the hotel could use a general refresh and a more varied breakfast selection. We had an issue with the AC, but the staff corrected it immediately when we asked them to switch it on from downstairs. No biggie. We liked the proximity to the beach; the room was spacious enough, with good light from the little balcony; the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom adequate but not very large, especially the shower stall--typical in Italy. Overall, we thought our stay was good value for money and would consider it again. The hotel appears to cater to a lot of full pension guests, like a lot of places in Vasto Marina."

"I will say that it is a confortable place to stay but there are some issues which need to be addressed; The top two bedrooms have no air conditioning making it difficult to sleep. Also there is no air conditioning on the ground floor. The use of the steep driveway with a biggish car is difficult.The views of the sea from the balcony, day or night are spectacular.Altogether we enjoyed the villa."
