« Cet hôtel est une vraie pépite. Situé au pieds de la montagne Vitosha , il vous propose des chambres avec des vues magnifiques ( notre studio en était la preuve ). Les aménagements sont confortables , luxueux , choisis avec goût. Nous avons séjourné avec un bébé de 18mois, et nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver un coin enfants dans l hôtel , beau et adapté à tout âge . Le restaurant est qualitatif , les produits sont de saison . Le personnel est aimable , respectueux . Je recommande . »

« Chambre de bonne taille, agréable, mais ventilation non fonctionnelle ou que nous n'avons pas réussi a faire convenablement fonctionner, chaleur étouffante forcant à ouvrir la fenêtre qui donnait sur une autoroute donc bruyante. Dommage car chambre agréable. Soucis informatique initial à notre arrivée ne retrouvant pas de trace du paiement, mais heureusement personnel à l'écoute qui a pu gérer la situation. »

"Personnel de la réception ok mais chambre pas propre ! Les murs sont de peintures blanches avec des traces marrons/grises comme si un chiffon sale avait tenté de laver les murs. La douche n'a pas été lavé depuis un moment, le carrelage était glissant de crasse et le joint sous la porte de douche a laissé des traces marrons sur l'une des serviettes qui était tombée. La boîte de mouchoires à côté du lavabo avait de vieilles traces de giclures de dentifrice. Très décevent."

"My stay at the Grand Central Hotel in Sofia was a solid, average experience that met my basic needs. The location is quite convenient as it is within easy walking distance of the city center, and the breakfast provided was a highlight of the morning. While the rooms were clean and very affordable, they felt a bit dated and lacked modern touches. Additionally, the rooms were quite small, and the immediate area around the hotel felt slightly shady, which might be a concern for some travelers"
