Fridge was sticky.,Bathroom floor needed sweeping. Hair dryer didn’t work. Table in front of love seat needed cleaning. Drapes would’t close. Cloth chairs and loveseat were dirty. I cleaned them off with some wet wipes. Pool was nice. Breakfast adequate. Juice machine and soda machines were out of order.

The room was dirty and the bathroom door was all torn apart at the bottom as well as the vanity falling apart. The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling and the wires were just hanging there. The tub had black hair in it and the breakfast area was a mess with hardly nothing to eat. I went and got the lady at the front because there was no breakfast attendant anywhere and she walked in looked at the mess and went and sat back down at the front desk doing nothing. DO NOT recommend!!!! When I talked to the person at the front desk he said well do you have pictures and the dinning area was a mess bc of the guests so that isn’t their fault.. very rude!

There were bugs in our room, dirty towels in the bathroom and the lock was broken on our door. Would not recommend.

Upon check in these people warned us that there was bugs, no AC and no water. Once getting to the room, we looked around and noticed how dirty it was. Stains on the mattresses but to top it off, when we moved the beds there was caked on mice droppings and urine literally caked onto the ground right under where our heads would be on the bed Needless to say we packed up our kids and went somewhere else. Women at the front desk at first tried to deny our claims but then did eventually not charge our card.

Property is being renovated very slowly. They have open access to fumes from redoing the pool area. The floors were dirty in the common area and the rooms.

The shower was filthy upon arrival…after a 12 hr drive…I did not look forward to cleaning out a shower as well as the refrigerator. There was food left over in there from who knows when. There were barely any towels. It was just an horrible experience.
