Located on a fully-fenced, half-acre in an unbeatable location less than a mile from downtown Apex! Enjoy 2 King Suites with ensuite bathrooms in each room! Enjoy multiple nooks, spacious open floorplan for large groups, TWO fireplaces, full coffee bar with FREE locally roasted coffee! And most important, incredible host support. We have three eyes on messages! Walk into the main level great room featuring a fully-stocked kitchen, dining room for 12, living room, private office with door, and a private back patio overlooking massive fenced in backyard. Queen bedroom: \-Comfortable, hybrid queen mattress \-55” smart Tv \-Attached Jack n Jill full bathroom shared with bunk room \-plush linens with a variety of pillow types \-room darkening shades and curtains Bunk room: 2 QUEEN bunk beds to comfortably sleep 4 people \-55” smart TV \-bean bag chair \-plenty of comfy linens and pillows \-en-suite Jack n Jill full bathroom Laundry Room: Brand new, full size washer and dryer \-sink, cabinets and counter top with close-able door. Guests have access to the entire unit. The property is a duplex shared with the next door unit, which is also a rental. The front yard and backyard are fully fenced but shared with guests if booked on the other side. Both sides can be booked for large parties and full privacy. We live locally but not on the property so we wont be in person unless needs arise. No parties or events without prior approval. Inquire if you would like to host an event that would bring more than 10 people even if they aren’t spending the night. Pets must be on the reservation and pet fee paid prior to checkin. Unauthorized pets will be charge $250 if not paid ahead of time. We allow up to 2 dogs but may allow a third based on breed. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. Please only park on your units side. This is a duplex and there is a shared portion of the driveway. Unit can fit up to 4 cars. No smoking inside. If smoking occurs a $300 feet will be charged for smoke remediation. Smoking is allowed in the yard. Please dispose of butts safely. Unauthorized late checkouts leaving more than 20 min after checkout time (without late checkouts leaving pre-approval) will be charged $100 for each hour because we have to pay the cleaners to wait. Please follow checkout instructions.
