We do require a rental agreement to be signed before arrival. Sorry, no pets per HOA rules. No smoking, no parties, no events.
Minimum age to book is 25. We do have a doorbell camera at the front door facing away from the cabin that records audio/video.
Only two parking spots available. Pool will be open in Summer 2024, but we do not have the exact dates yet.

Suite Caroline is a nicely appointed condo located on the ocean with a short walk to a dune top deck overlooking the beach and shore. Deck is perfect for an evening beverage or for coffee and watching the sunrise. Rooms are well furnished and bed is very comfortable. Leave the bedroom doorwall cracked to fall asleep to the ocean sounds. Host was easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. Location is also very close to several very nice restaurants.

Teachers taking a break before professional development!

We took a few days prior to attending a professional development conference at NCCAT, and enjoyed our relaxing time at Sweet Caroline. The location was perfect! We enjoyed coffee on the dune deck each morning and watched the dolphins play in the surf. The owner was wonderful to work with and was easily accessible when we asked to extend our stay. After going through Hurricane Helene in the mountains of NC it was refreshing to have a few days at Sweet Caroline before continuing on our journey. I would revisit this location and would love to bring my family!

“The perfect place to stay”

Those were the words of my 22 year old son. Mom, this is the perfect place to stay. Location is perfect. Perfectly stocked. Beautiful and well kept. Beds slept great. All of them! Great neighbors and great host. Host could not have been easier to work with. We hope to return one day.

Perfect Mommy Daughter Weekend Getaway

Your condo was perfect for us! Very spacious, open concept kitchen and living room, perfect for hanging out and playing games or watching a movie on your cozy couches. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms especially master bath! Private access to the beach was great. Girls loved the pool! And excellent restaurants so close by! We'll be back!

Get away birthday celebration

My husband and I took my mom and step dad to the outer banks to celebrate his birthday. The place was perfect - it was exactly what we needed. The layout, cleanliness, amenities and proximity to the beach were exactly what we had in mind. I will visit again this spring.

Amazing Week Oceanfront!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Suite Caroline, enjoying walks on the beach, beachcombing after a storm, the pool for the younger crowd, and playing in the ocean! Unfortunately, many of our days were "Red" flag days, so the pool was very handy to help entertain 6 and 12 year old boys. Beach equipment in the deck storeroom was more than adequate, and the owners specifically ordered two additional regular height beach chairs for two members of our family who would not have been able to use the low level beach chairs due to mobility issues. We so appreciated this kind gesture! Things which stood out to us for this condo: many other listings had limited living room seating, and at times we would be inside and wanted to be comfortable. The condo has lots of options for sitting in the living area, as well as a dining table that is perfectly sized. The beds were comfortable and nicely made up with lots of pillows. The kitchen was also a perfect size with a full sized refrigerator, spacious cabinets and all the needed items for cooking and eating at the condo. Baths were well appointed with nice fluffy towels and laundry facilities were also well appointed. We did have heavy storms two days after arrival, and it "cooked" the WiFi router. However, we emailed the owners, and the issue was resolved within a day. Cell service is a bit spotty in general in the area, so the kids relied on the WiFi. We truly appreciated our stay at Suite Caroline!

Great Beach Condo!

Really couldnt have hoped for anything better ... Everything we could have needed was provided and more. Nice easy walk to the beach. Even on a totally rainy day there were enough puzzles ,games and movies to keep everyone occupied! Thank you!!

Had everything we needed

We enjoyed our week at Suite Caroline. Plenty of room, right on an uncrowded beach. It was wonderful. Did not need to bring anything but ourselves and our clothes. Literally anything we could have needed was provided. Can’t wait to come back next year.
