"Very, very good choice for inexpensive lodging right in the heart of San Simeon. Walk to restaurants, groceries, bars, and the ocean & beach is right across the street. When I checked in I asked for a quiet room on an upper floor and they gave me exactly that. Excellent front desk service. Room was clean, comfortable, and VERY QUIET. Lots of free parking and they have a hot tub on site also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
