Located 2.5 hours from the Calgary (Alberta) International Airport, and 1.5 hours from Banff in Banff National Park. An all seasons vacation destination, Radium boasts access to approximately 20 golf courses within minutes to 1 hour distance; 6 of Canada's best ski hills from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours away; the Radium and Fairmont natural hot springs, and outdoor activities galore! Come and enjoy this fabulous vacation destination! The completely outfitted condo unit includes two bedrooms each with queen sized beds on the main level, and a loft with two double beds on the second floor. Sleeping areas are provided with closets, dresser drawers and bed side tables. Condo sleeps 4 persons (Strata and Radium bylaw). Three full washrooms complete with shower (3) and/or bathtub (2). Towels, and an assortment of soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and tea pot. Panty and fridge stocked with an assortment of non-parishables and condiments for guest use. In unit air conditioning, heating and clothes washer and drier. Community pool facility with heated, outdoor swimming pool with sunning deck and furniture (open seasonally from May to October) and outdoor hot tub (open all year). Outdoor children's play ground beside community pool. Building has an elevator that runs from the underground parkade to third (top) floor where Condo is situated. There is also an access stair well just outside the Condo's front door. One dedicated underground parking stall is provided for guests, with surface parking also available for visitors on a first come first serve basis. Free high speed internet/wifi and access to streaming services through Roku provided. 44" TV with DVD Player. A selection of board games, cards, books and DVD movies provided. No smoking, no pets (Strata bylaw). Two balconies (one off main living area, the second off Master Bedroom) with patio furniture and a BBQ. Safety features include keyless entry and deadbolt, several smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency stair well just outside the condo unit's front door. Just minutes walk to downtown Radium with a variety of restaurants and eating and drinking establishments, and grocery and retail stores. 5 minute walk to Radium Springs golf course. 5 minute drive to the Radium Hot Springs, and 15 minutes to the Town of Invermere and Windermere Lake with public swimming beach and access to boating and associated water sports. The lake becomes a long and winding outdoor skating rink in the winter. The Peaks has been a favorite of ours for many reasons location along with a nice sized pool and the whole complex I find is very friendly. The check-in process was incredibly easy, and the host provided clear, helpful instructions. The condo itself was spotless and very well-equipped with plenty of kitchen supplies, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the TV with Roku for entertainment, and the underground parking spot was a huge bonus. Highly recommend! ##### Pavel S. The kitchen was well appointed with quality pots & pans which we appreciate as we eat in on our trips. The kids loved the loft with their own beds & bathroom. The only consideration I’d give is if you are AC spoiled. We are used to sleeping with the AC set at 66 degrees Fahrenheit at home.7 The only AC is a unit in the main floor living space. If you close bedroom doors you have no AC. The loft was at least 5-7 degrees warmer than the main floor. Fans were provided for each bed which was very helpful. We were fortunate that the high temp was only in the 80’s the first & last days, so the sleeping temp was manageable. The property is so clean & so close to town. There is a trail, park, shops, ice cream, & more within 10 minutes walk. My wife and I, along with our young daughter, stayed here in May of this year and loved it so much that we went back at the beginning of July. The place is super comfortable, close to amenities, and quiet. Our daughter loves the on site pool and the playgrounds that are a short walk away. The owners make it very easy to feel at home with their clear expectations and explanations. The condo is also very well stocked. We plan to return next year!! ##### Tyler E. Our daughter enjoyed the upstairs loft area. The amenities such as the underground parking and pool/hot tub area were an added plus. As I am a light sleeper, there was some noise from trucks on the nearby road but that is not the fault of the owner.I would recommend this unit to those who are looking for a convenient, lovely place to stay in Radium. ##### Maureen S. The heated pool was a wonderful spot to spend the day. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bedrooms were lovely. The balcony was a great place to relax in the evenings, where we saw a lot of wildlife. It was a short walk to some fantastic restaurants.
