If you want to explore the Valley more, within 15 minutes in each direction, you can find a number of things to do. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. HOUSE RULES: 1\. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day. 2\. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people. 3\. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4\. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6\. Please leave the community keycard where you found it in the unit upon checkout. If it is lost or stolen there will be a $100 replacement charge. If you lose it during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can get one quickly for the next guests. 7\. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck. 8\. It was centrally located to going to Panorama Mountain to ski and then head down to Fairmont Hot Springs for dip in the pool. There is a lovely rec center on the resort that also included a beautiful indoor pool & hot tub area. There was a closed in gym to shoot hoops or play with racket sports on a smaller scale. Loved the back porch and lawn looking off into the forest and sunset. There are lots of windows to get a cross-draft going to cool the place off at night. The place was not clean, but they came back the next morning and tried again. Kitchen has minimal plates, cutlery and mugs. Noise from the highway audible. Overall a nice place though. Would be willing to stay there again, especially if there were only two of us (instead of 3). ##### Maureen Y. Location is perfect for everything on offer in the area. This accommodation exceeded our expectations in that the condo itself is set up for guests (shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower, for example); the grounds of the resort are immaculately maintained and there is access to a beach/marina area. The beach is an easy 5-7 min walk but you can drive down if you are bringing watercraft. We were a bit confused by directions for where to park but the neighbor helped us - seems like the "right" side of the building makes sense if you are facing the front door. Pulling into the back gate, that would be your left. Otherwise, great access and directions! We would definitely stay here again. ##### Fern C.
