"There is no heating in room, contrary to web site saying heatn is available. Hotwater from sink was hotter than from shower! Ended using sink tap to shower.Even windows do not open.
Hotel is generally tired looking. Noisy corridor.
Locaton of hotel is very good, Staff were very good and service was 10/10.

"I have booked two junior suites online in advance on Expedia and when I arrived my rooms were given to someone they knew. It wasn't fair. After one hour of negotiations I got two basic rooms with issues abd problems. This property uses hotel name 'primer hotel inn' but it is not it is a local hotel abd too bad that thus brand missing up their brand I will never trust thus brand anymore even though I have been staying in this brand since quote times in foreign countries.
