« My wife and son had the most delightful 4 night stay in this wonderful cottage in the heart of Boughton with only 2 mins walk to the centre. From begining to end everything was a breeze. Ease of location, parking, entry, cleanliness upstairs downstairs, comfort, good facilities, overall it was perfect. Even on arrival the owners had left a "sweet"surprise for my wife's celebration - a very nice touch for our stay. Thank you.I fully recomend this beautiful property for any length of stay. »

« The cottage is just a described on vrbo. Everything in great condition. We had some issues with the washing machine/tumble dryer. This was solved immediately by Liz an Alan. "The Whately is perfectly located in the centre of Banbury, nice staff, beautiful garden, complete breakfast in a spacious room. The beds are very very comfy. The building itself is wonderful, but the hotel needs a big refreshment: the carpets in the stairs are worn to the bone, covered with scotch tape, one of our curtains was torn apart, the handle was about to fall from the bedroom door, and the cold water was slow to go out from the tap. If you are looking for a place to stay in Banbury, the Whately is not perfect but is a good option in the town centre."
