« Great spacious apartment on the ground floor with a big yard with a deck and fire pit. Very quiet area and a park with tennis courts and basketball courts close by. The area is growing and more shops, bars and restaurants opening up. Check out Monty’s, fuzzy cactus, Julio’s bagels (great coffee) and Smokey mug for breakfast or bbq. Highly recommend and the host was super responsive and helpful. »

« The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. « Stayed downtown while attending an event at the convention center and the surrounding area. Good: Apt was very nice- clean and well set up, bed was good, plenty of dishes and coffee provided ++ Bad: The stairs up are really steep, so take that into account if you book. The areas is a little sketchy, but no one ever bothered us. Parking (provided lot) is a little bit of a walk away, but never had a problem and no one bothered the car. « My daughter and I were in Richmond for 4 days to visit my son. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very gracious. Hasan happened to be there when we arrived and helped to unload our luggage! We felt very secure in the house and in the beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk to the VA Museum of Fine Arts and many restaurants and shops. The beautiful Monument Avenue is just two blocks away. I would definitely recommend this and will stay...

« In a great neighborhood… very spacious and clean. The bathroom needs a remodel and there was just a trickle of water from the shower. The caulking looked moldy and definitely needs some fresh paint. »
