![When I arrived with the local bus in Kollam, Kerala, I went straight to the tourist office to ask them if they new some decent accommodation. That they certainly did. They offered me a place by the ocean, where I was the only one except the neighboring locals. I had a small house all to myself. Quite torn down, but who cares with that magnificent view.

The owner brought me breakfast, dinner and of course some Kingfisher beers, as there were no stores around.

An extremely relaxed place to linger after having enjoyed the famous backwater tours here in Kerala.

"I loved my stay here the staff are so easy going and friendly. The Ayurvedic massage is the best in Varkala and the view of the beach and ocean is amazing. I wanted a laid back place with no stress and that’s what Nebo is for me. There is no restaurant however Cafe Sarawaa and Trip is Life is minutes away. Also if looking for peace and quiet this is the place to visit South cliff as North Cliff is too loud and busy. Stayed in both and I prefer South ❤️"
