"All of the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. We ate at the pub and the food was good sized portions and of a good quality. The breakfast was particularly good! The room was quirky and of a good size. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at the Hoops Inn."

"An excellent property with amazing views. It had everything we needed, fully equiped kitchen and a clean shower. The TV in the lounge has a number of apps downloaded and the outdoor area has a table, chairs and a barbecue. We loved using the hot tub and Woolacombe is only a short walk away."

"A lovely hotel , excellent views very clean hotel . We booked last minute. Booked a double room . Did not realise it was a piped room . So no window. Very small. A good en-suite . Only there for two nights so coped with the the room."

"Loved everything about the property. Loved all the walks from the property. The walk to the waterfall was amazing. We are vegetarian and we had a number of choices to choose from. The room was outstanding. Breakfast was outstanding. Every last thing was a 10 out of 10. We had no clue what we were getting into when we came. Everything blew us away. Wish we could have stayed longer than the one night. Seeing I am an American the drive to the property was out of this world. Don’t know how I made it without a scratch on the car."

"Absolutely fantastic stay at Croyde, the staff and facilities were excellent. There were so many activities available, with no fuss at all, everything was laid out already e.g. mini golf, table tennis, badminton and many more. Despite being August and fully booked, nothing felt too busy; the pool was relatively quiet both times we used it. The only possible fault I could find, is the lack of Air Con in the hotel room, but that was reflected in the price and there was also a fan provided in the room."

"We had 4 nights stay with out 2 grandsons plenty big enough It was veryClean and tidy with everything you would need,and the beds were very comfy The view from chalet was lovely There are a few steps to get up to the chalet so could be different for some, but we were fine Would not have to think about returning sometime, and would reccomend to others."

"Great house for a large family or group of friends. We were 2 grandparents with 4 grandchildren age 7-12. Had plenty of room and kitchen very well equipped. Nice garden and sunny back patio. Great position in Westward Ho! Short 7 min walk to town and about the same to the beach over the Burrows."
