Southerly facing, looking out over 3 different beaches to the south and Lundy Island to the west. Previously the end of a popular hotel this house is wonderfully sunny and bright without being hot. The bedrooms are all downstairs and open out onto a sunny patio with beach view. The upper balcony has the same view, extending out from the living area, making a great spot to watch the amazing sunsets with a cool drink! Linen, big white fluffy towels and beach towels are included, along with a welcome pack of food and wine. In easy reach of beaches, coastal walks, local bars & restaurants, this fresh, light and modern house makes a superb holiday property providing comfort, luxury and practicality whilst enjoying one of the best locations in the surrounding area. We are a totally "pet free" house so please don't ask to bring one, well behaved or otherwise. The house is a gentle ten minute-ish walk down to Woolacombe and about 2 minutes from your nearest (beautiful) beach. The place has everthing you need should you want to cook 'at home' and the sitting rooms and bedrooms are really comfortable and nicely set out. The view from the balcony is AMAZING and it's lovely to set with the door open listening to the sea.
