With three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a dining space equipped with all the essential amenities, it ensures a carefree stay for a group of up to seven people. Located just a short drive from the main attractions, beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers, it’s the perfect vacation spot in the Dominican Republic! \-SPACE- Step inside to the expansive first floor, where you'll find a large, air-conditioned living area with cozy seating, a big-screen TV on one side, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the other. The kitchen has everything you need for a delightful cooking experience: a large fridge with freezer, microwave, stove and oven, coffee maker, and all the essential cooking utensils and dishes. There’s also a breakfast counter with 2 high chairs and a dining area that comfortably seats up to 6 people (additionally, we offer a private chef option if needed — contact us for more details). From here, you can step outside to the beautiful, clean, private pool area, which includes two sun loungers, an umbrella, and a toilet for your convenience. Cleaning is available for an additional fee. 8\. Early check-in and late check-out are charged extra, depending on the time. Please let me know your arrival and departure hours in advance. 9\. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay unless such damage has been inflicted by forces of nature or other forces beyond the guest's control. 13\. The Host accepts no liability for any valuables or objects left unattended or left in the safe box for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses, or property damage caused by individual negligence or any other circumstances out of the direct control of the Host.
