Family concierge is a must if travelling with kids. The one bedroom swim up suite was a very good size and perfect for a family of 4\. Our concierge Onil was very helpful with everything. The property is very well maintained and looks in good conditions. Could have done with a wider variety in the buffet, and possibly slightly more variation in restraurant types if staying for for than 5 days. Overall a very good hotel

My family of 4 stayed at the paradisus grand Cana in a swim up suite facing the garden which i loved way more than the swim ups facing the main pool. It’s less noisy and only the people who have swim out rooms can access it. The water park was great for my kids. Food was ok. The restaurants were pretty good. Rooms were nice and clean only thing I would recommend is the hotel clean the couches and chairs as they are fabric. Also the chairs at the buffet were dirty. Need a good cleaning

The room was nice, the kitchen was not equipped for cooking, the hot tub was somewhat small for a tall person, but otherwise fit two people and had hot.water. The room we booked showed a lounge chair on the balcony in the photos, but was missing upon checking in. Several attempts were made by us to Angel (our purser) and guess services to get the lounger delivered to the room, but the lounger never materialized. The pools are not heated FYI. The all inclusive was very good with lots of food and drink options. Make sure to book dinner reservations the day before to ensure you can get a table.
