We had an incredible time! The staff were amazing, but our butler Raul superseded every expectation imaginable! Staff will go the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly, but Raul will run a marathon for the families he supports.

I had a great experience staying here. The decor was beautiful and gave the hotel a really welcoming feel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. The food options were very good, with plenty of variety, and everything I tried was satisfying. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, comfortable, and exactly what you want when visiting such a beautiful destination. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again. The resort was very clean and the beach and views were beautiful. Some staff were very friendly and helpful. We had many issues in our room including no air conditioning for the first night. Food was decent. Overall, the stay was okay but I wouldn’t come back.

The place is definitely a bit older, but the resort is nice. The place is super big, so pools and places don’t feel crowded. Grounds are kept well and pools are clean. Loved that the beach is so close and absolutely gorgeous. Rooms are a bit older, but still decent. One of the things we didn’t like is that we couldn’t do any sport activities in the evening at the sports area because they wouldn’t leave the lights on after 7pm. We would’ve loved to play when it was so hot.

Loved the stay at this hotel. We recived a room upgrade which was very much appropriate since it was 5 steps away from the beach. Edwin or concierge was amazing. He helped daily with restaurant reservation,checked in to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The coffee shop also made amazing coffee.

The staff aren’t very friendly in all places and not all have great English, tips are expected to get better/friendly service. Our server at the sports bar was very unpleasant. Several people in my group had issues with their rooms, but ours was great! Housekeepers were very friendly, and easy check in. The resort itself was huge and close to the water! Food was average, and drinks were great :)
