I like the staff was very helpful. Place was good but too big, crowded, many hotels in one place making it difficult to enjoy because it’s divided in different places. Dining at the carte also was shortened to 3 choices from 6 days stay, the entertainment was excellent dancing in pool, aquatic show, circus and magic show. We enjoyed all the entertainment karaoke dancing was great.

I like everything I stayed last year at Bahia príncipe fantasía . But this Bahia príncipe grand I loved the only thing is my son was not allowed to fantasia water park .

Everything was clean and well maintained. the staff members were very friendly and kind. The entertained were very good and different activities to keep people engaged. The food was diverse and really good. The only thing was the wi-fi it was unstable and lost connection very easy.
